But what is the right time to exercise? In order to have better effect on your body metabolism and give you energy throughout the day then make exercises the first thing in the morning. Try running or jogging once you wake up for 20-30 minutes and you’ll find out what it can do to your body.

Another important thing for cardio or any other exercise to be effective is to have rest. Excessive training will not bring you faster results, exercise smarter not harder. So exercise regularly but give your body time to recover.

Watch what you are eating and have a good diet or or it will be very easy to eat more than you lose. May be you will get great abs but they will be covered with fat layer. So to get better faster results eat less but more useful food.
